there's something i learnt recently...or rather something that God reminded me abt...

I need to be more holistic in my shepherding.Most of the time, i have been asking my sheep abt their personal lives..and also talking crap with them (guys do like to talk crap)..i recently found out that i miss out a big part of their lives during all these shepherding sessions which is the area of their family life. this is one big area of each and everyone of our lives, no matter u have a big family or a small family. I believe that families exists for a purpose and it is within our ministry that we get our family ties in a right and biblical manner. cant juz cast it aside becoz we are still young..but precisely now that we are young, all the more we can make a influence at this age.So yes!i need to be more holistic in my shepherding...Lord, there are so many things for me to grow in. Remind me that i became a christian not becoz i am able...but becoz i am not very able and recognising that i DO need help...

Resoluting to be a holistic shepherd!:)
